How Culture of Accountability was Developed

The Critical Success Factors and corresponding Indicators were developed after extensive research which included:

• Literature review
• Discussion and feedback from an advisory committee made up of Executive Directors from Children’s Mental Health Centres
• Pilot tested in three organizations
• The development of the framework and reflective process was informed by the authors’ professional experience working with organizations in the non-profit sector.
