Critical Success Factors
There are eight Critical Success Factors that that need to be present in a highly accountable non-profit organization. Each has a set of corresponding indicators that were identified in the course of research. The success factors are contained in the shape of a wheel to illustrate their interconnectedness and dynamic nature.
